• Please park at the Mesa parking structure, adjacent to the Bren
• Parking for this event is free, but you must register your vehicle using UCI’s Park-by-Plate application

• A shuttle will be offered between UCI Medical Center in Orange and this event
• The Chancellor’s Cabinet, the UCI Health CEO Cabinet, Provost’s Cabinet and Deans, and UCI Health Community Network CEOs and C-suite leadership have been invited to attend as members of the platform party
• Service honorees will receive invitations via email
• Honorees may bring their guests to the honoree reception from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.; food is available while supplies last
• 2024 honoree lapel pins and service gifts will be distributed separately from this event
• Staff celebrating 1 year with UCI or UCI Health between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024 will be invited to a special pre-event celebration (invitation only)
• Staff who are also UCI alumni are invited to visit the Alumni table at the honoree reception for a free gift
• The event will be filmed and photographed; all persons attending this event, both outside and inside the Bren Events Center, consent to having their likeness used in promotional materials that may be created from the film footage and still photography captured during the event
