HR Innovation Day is a full workday devoted to creating new ideas and systems that will help push beyond how we have traditionally worked in HR, propelling us to the next level. With all the changes in the current workforce landscape, there is no better time for us to be innovative.

HR Innovation Day allows us to tap into our creativity. Our teams bring different insights and experiences to the table, and we are excited to see all co-workers' creativity come to life.

EXPECTATIONS

All co-workers are expected to participate. If you have a prior obligation that requires your participation, please let your supervisor know as soon as possible. Supervisors will work with leaders to determine how to best cover necessary business needs.

THE ZOTBOT CHALLENGE

This year’s challenge invites you to harness the potential of ZotGPT to create AI solutions that:

• Solve problems
• Revolutionize how we work
• Serve our clients
• Deliver results that matter

Challenge Parameters

• Focus on quick AI wins.
• Tackle an issue that is either internal to our department, improving our own workflows, processes or capabilities, or external, by enhancing services we provide to clients.
• Create an AI solution on Innovation Day using the resources available in ZotGPT.
• The working solution in ZotGPT should do one or all of the following:
  
  • Create efficiencies
  • Provide better service to our clients
  • Reduce or avoid expenditures in HR

Submissions

All 17 teams will develop an AI solution on Innovation Day, and upload their solution to the Bright People, Brilliant Solutions (BPBS) HR Innovation Day 2025 campaign by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29. See the toolkit for a list of deliverables that you will need to upload into BPBS.

Voting

From November 3 – November 7, all HR co-workers will vote for the best overall solution using a 5-star rating system in BPBS. Please consider every solution on its own merits, taking into account its potential value to HR. Please do not automatically vote for your own solution. Everyone is expected to vote.

Finalists Announced

The four teams receiving the highest overall scores in BPBS will be announced on November 10 via email. Those four teams will present their solutions at the HR town hall on December 3.
