SENIOR LEADER PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Senior Leader program enables leaders to meet the challenges of today’s changing landscape through practical tools, tips and techniques that can be applied immediately. There are two main parts to the synchronous learning portion of the program. The first part provides a baseline of core capabilities and mindsets that participants will need to effectively lead supervisors, managers, and senior individual contributors reporting to them. The second part dives into each of the leadership expectations for this level of leader. The program journey map contains the content topics.
