JDxpert (JDX) is a job description software that helps you create and manage job descriptions. Some of the benefits of JDxpert include:

  • Creating and reviewing job descriptions in a single system
  • Allowing review and editing of job descriptions by multiple stakeholders to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of job descriptions
  • Consolidating fragmented data into actionable insights, thereby improving recruitment, talent management, compensation, and compliance
  • Managing job information with speed, control, and confidence
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date, accurate job descriptions
  • Transmitting job description information to our vital HR systems, ensuring that all systems and processes are using consistent job description language

HOW DOES JDX BENEFIT STAFF?

Beginning in Spring 2025, represented and non-represented staff will enjoy the convenience of self-service, round-the-clock access to their most current job description. This means you will no longer need to contact your manager or Human Resources for this information. Additionally, you will have centralized access to the Career Tracks Job Standards, enhancing your understanding of your role and alignment within the Career Tracks framework.

HOW DOES JDX BENEFIT MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS?

Managers and supervisors will now have the convenience of self-service access, available 24/7, to both current and historical job descriptions of their direct and indirect reports. They'll also benefit from a comprehensive job description library, streamlining the process and making job description writing easier than ever. Additionally, they will gain access to a job standard matrix, simplifying the comparison of Career Tracks titles, and access to new reports to aid them in their managerial responsibilities. Managers and supervisors at UCI Health will continue to use Non-Person Profiles but will be able to access the Non-Person Profiles via JDX.
