CEMRP AT UCI HEALTH

CEMRP, UCI Health’s Clinical Enterprise Management Recognition Plan, is designed to reward both represented and non-represented co-workers with monetary incentives for their exceptional work and contributions. ELIGIBILITY

UCI Health co-workers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:

  • Hired before January 1 of any plan year
  • On active or approved leave status as of June 30 of any plan year
  • Employed in a career position at UCI Health or UCI campus on the date of payout
  • Home department is UCI Health*
  • Must receive a “on target” or “meets expectations” rating on most recent performance review

* Human Resources and Legal are excluded from CEMRP eligibility.
