The following are based on full-time employment (100% appointment)
Vacation: 3 weeks per year minimum (for full-time career employees; other employment classifications may vary)
Sick Leave: 12 days per year with unlimited accrual
Paid Holidays: 14 per year
For UCI Health Co-Workers Only:
Eligible employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement accrue 21 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and 6 days of extended sick leave in addition to paid holidays annually. PTO increases with continued employment.
