ELIGIBILITY

UCI Health leadership has defined the list of UCI Health co-workers, and certain other co-workers who support UCI Health, who are eligible for this event. If you are eligible, you have been sent an email to your UCI Health or UCI email address inviting you to register. If you do not see an email, please check your inbox, and deleted, trash, junk, spam, and clutter folders. If you still don’t see an email inviting you to register, and you think you should be eligible, please email the Employee Experience Center at eec@uci.edu.

REGISTRATION

If you are eligible for this event, you may register online beginning Monday, November 25 at 10:00 a.m. using the link found in your invitation email, or this registration link. The system has been pre-loaded with the list of eligible co-workers. If you are not eligible, the system will not allow you to register.

One ticket per eligible co-worker. Guests cannot be accommodated at this event. Please see the full set of FAQs for more information.

Please do not attempt to register before Monday, November 25 at 10:00 a.m.

WAITLIST

This event is being ticketed on a first come, first served basis. Once all 10,000 tickets have been claimed through the registration process, a waitlist will be created. The waitlist will be generated based on date and time registration was requested, so co-workers registering earlier will be at the top of the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and a ticket becomes available, you will be notified at your UCI Health or UCI email address.

TICKETING

Once you are confirmed as registered for this event, you may pick up your admission ticket and parking voucher at any ticket distribution event beginning on December 2. The schedule of ticketing locations, dates, and times will be posted on this site by November 25. Tickets must be picked up prior to Friday, January 10, 2025 or your ticket will be forfeited and offered to another co-worker on the waitlist. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5:00 p.m. –	9:00 p.m. – Get Special Event Wristband and SWAG at Hyperion Theater**
9:00 p.m. –	Park Closes to Public (Special Wristband Required to Stay in Park)
10:00 p.m. –	Gather at Pixar Pier for Welcome Celebration
10:05 p.m. –	Cavalcade Parade Featuring UCI Health Leadership and a Cast of Characters
10:15 p.m. –	Welcome by Chad T. Lefteris, President & CEO
10:20 p.m. –	Private Viewing of World of Color
10:30 p.m. –	Enjoy the Attractions, Savory Food & Tempting Treats,and Free Popcorn All Night Long
1:00 a.m. –	Park Closes

**If you arrive after 9:00 p.m., please pick-up your special event wristband at the UCI Health information table at Disney Ticket Kiosk 5 in the esplanade between Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park. Collect your SWAG at Hyperion Theater once inside the park.
