GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS

Workforce Relations is responsible for the administration of staff grievances and complaints. As the locally designated office for UCI Health and Campus, we provide guidance to supervisors and managers during the grievance and complaint process, and we issue the final response during these processes on behalf of the University. Workforce Relations is also responsible for representing the University at arbitration and during Unfair Labor Practices (ULP) charges.
